The property is located on Peachtree Road, adjacent to the Lenox Mall and across from The Ritz Carlton Hotel. During its ownership, Lutz developed a 250,000 square foot, $50 million high-rise condominium plan that could be built on the excess land located at the rear of the property. After redeveloping the front plaza along Peachtree Road, Lutz sold the property in 2005 to Lionstone.
