Brian R. Townsley has over 20 years experience in the commercial general contracting and real estate development field. He is currently Senior Vice President of Lutz Real Estate Investments, where he is responsible for the firm’s national construction and development projects. His areas of expertise include: land acquisition, entitlements, raw land development, estimating and project management. Mr. Townsley began his career at T.H. Marsh Construction Company where he spent 8 years as Superintendent, Project Manager and finally as Director of Commercial Operations. Thereafter, Mr. Townsley worked for 6 years as Vice President of Construction for The Summit Company and then 4 years as President of Tower Construction where he successfully acquired and developed land for residential real estate. Most recently, Mr. Townsley worked as a Regional Project Manager for RetailWorks, a joint venture between REDICO and Lutz Real Estate Investments. While at RetailWorks, Mr. Townsley was responsible for acquisition, entitlements, construction, and development of commercial retail properties. Mr. Townsley has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lawrence Technological University with a major in Construction Engineering Technology.
