Tony T. Landa is a Senior Vice President of Lutz Real Estate Investments, where he is responsible for the firm’s real estate investment activities in all markets, and for managing all debt and equity relationships. Prior to joining Lutz, Mr. Landa served as an Investment Associate for Prudential Real Estate Investors (formerly TMW Real Estate Group) in Atlanta, GA, which is ranked among the world’s largest real estate investment managers. In this capacity, he was responsible for evaluating real estate acquisition, development, and disposition opportunities nationwide for the company’s institutional funds and public syndications. Over the years, Mr. Landa has been directly involved in closing more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions and in managing several real estate portfolios valued in excess of $4 billion. Mr. Landa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Hillsdale College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Wayne State University School of Business Administration.
