Over the course of a decade, Lutz Real Estate Investments and its operating partner, Franklin Property Corporation (FPC), acquired over 300 acres of prime land for the development of upscale single-family neighborhoods. Upon site plan approval, lot packages were marketed to a network of leading homebuilders while the infrastructure was still under development. This strategy positioned Lutz and FPC to capitalize on the 90s single-family housing boom while minimizing the risk and the intense construction management required to build luxury homes.
