We all enjoy the convenience of this location to the interstate. The property is will maintained and the picnic tables around the property are very inviting; can't wait until spring. At our previous location deliveries were made via the front door now we have a receiving area in the back big enough to accommodate our deliveries. We like parking right outsideof our business location; this is preferable to paid parking and a parking garage. It is nice to be kept informed of changes or events through our property manager. Since the time Lutz Real Estate Investment has been our landlord, we have enjoyed a very positive relationship with everyone associated with this firm. Lutz R.E. makes every effort to maintain the premises and building in a professional andpleasant fashion. There has never been a time when we have asked for assistance, when Lutz staff has not responded in a quick and positive way.
